MISSING OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS


If any item is damaged or missing from your shipment, you must notify within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will make every effort to replace the missing or damaged item with the same item or equal value.

Please provide photo proof and once received, we will arrange for replacement items.

We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper use or wrong operate.



INCORRECT PRODUCTS


If you received a product that you did not order, please do not open product or it must be in original packing report within 48 hours. We will pay for shipping.



DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS


Test run your product functions before selling. If product is non-functional, please contact us.

We will provide a replacement for returns of defective products like manufacture defect or dead on arrival within 15 days of your receipt. Returned product must be in original packing with all accessories. We are not liable for lost or damaged during return shipment.

Once we received your returned product, we will inspect and issue replacement or store credit.

If opened, product must be thoroughly cleaned. If the unit is not thoroughly cleaned, your return will be refused. NO EXCEPTIONS.

After 30 days, we will not accept any returns for any reason. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.



RETURNED PRODUCT WITHIN 7 DAYS


All products purchased from Exude Inc. The product must be in its original unopened packaging. We will exchange products for other products or refund process. There will be a 15% restocking fee. You must be responsible for shipping cost.

You should expect a refund within a week at original payment terms.
